ASSESS
Analysing the Business Landscape
Commercial astuteness and strategic management doesn't come from an abundance of charts and data, but from the insights and answers derived from a knowledgeable interpretation.  While I consider data key to strategy, my approach begins with an initial appraisal of your market and your company's attractiveness, an analysis of the competitive landscape, and a qualitative assessment of your brand and business positioning.

Acumen and savoir-faire are quintessential to the understanding of a luxury brand's potential, to create a strong and effective identity, and to outflank the competition by striking an intricate balance between subtlety, exquisiteness and desirability.

I help clients achieve by consulting on global brand strategy, price and financial modelling, and strategic marketing management.  A qualitative approach to brand administration in a target market, combined with the creative use of contextualised data in constructing brand-specific strategies, has marked my true success as a consultant.  I bring the same sense of fresh creativity and real curiosity for the underlying numbers to every business I work with.

My strategy and commercial management career began with technology behemoths IBM, Oracle and Dell, and the experience I gained enabled me to transition into the luxury goods sector with a position at LVMH Group.  My work in these very different verticals has given me insights into the common threads in international business development, and the overarching context in which branding and strategy take place.

The services I provide vary based on each client's specific needs, but all include a comprehensive approach in the assessment, development and execution of strategic growth plans.  Individual product and market analysis, overall positioning, pre- and post- launch campaigns, and competitive manoeuvring in both established and developing markets - whatever your goals are, I call on a range of experience, contacts, and capabilities to craft unique strategies to help you achieve them.
PROCESS
Defining Strategy and Results
Every consulting project starts with an intensive information-gathering effort that gives me a thorough understanding of your business: its value proposition, company culture, market and business position, and competitive environment.  We'll discuss details one-on-one to fully define your position and lay the groundwork for strategy development, and I may develop questionnaires to further assess you and your team's perspectives and goals.

Partnering with your identified team members and departments, I'll oversee the execution of the strategy we develop and monitor progress to ensure it aligns with or exceeds expected milestones and deliverables.  With regular updates on project milestones and swift notification of any challenges encountered to enable efficient and effective resolution, you'll always have a concrete view of the project's momentum.  Maintaining pace and team dynamics while achieving new goals with as little disruption as possible is the mark of a successful project, and we'll get there together.
